We enjoyed a quiet Thanksgiving meal with family and good friends. I made the dairy, egg and gluten-free pumpkin pie & cookies from scratch. Baked the Organic Turkey and made gluten-free gravy. I sun oven baked the yams, then later toasted the egg-free marshmallows on them My brothers helped make dairy-free mashed potatoes and gluten and dairy-free stuffing. Everything tasted great! Especially the cookies and pie! :-)
